Physicians Assistant

Kari E Loomis, MPAS, PA-C received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Her main focus is in general orthopedics and sports medicine.

Originally from Norwich, NY, Kari joined Orthopedic Specialist in January 2011. She practices in our Wakefield office as well as in the Henderson and Louisburg offices and assists with surgical cases at Rex at Wakefield and Duke Raleigh Hospital. She also works with the OSNC sports medicine team and provides game coverage for several local high schools.

Kari is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board as well as certified by the National Certifying Commission of Physician Assistants.
