Physical Therapist

Pamela Bowden is originally from Laurinburg, NC and has relocated to Raleigh, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2001 and later in 2004 graduated from East Carolina University obtaining a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Her love for the spine lead her to begin her studies with the McKenzie Institute, USA and in 2008 she received the credentials of Mechanical Diagnostic Therapist.

Bowden has a variety of clinical experience including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has spent majority of her time with outpatient rehabilitation with patients across the life span with varying neurological and orthopedic conditions. She has taken several advanced continuing education classes including Maitland and Mulligan evaluation and treatment techniques. She mostly enjoys getting to know her patients and provide individualized care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.
