Hand Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Certified Hand Therapist

April joined the OSNC staff in September 2009. She is native of Michigan and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan in 1990. In 1996, she graduated cum laude from Baker College with a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy. She completed the requirements to become a Certified Hand Therapist in 2005.

April maintains membership with the American Society of Hand Therapists since 1996 and an affiliation membership with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand since 2009. She has been working closely with hand surgeons and athletic trainers to ensure a successful recovery and return to activity.

April resides in Raleigh with her husband, Phil and their two children Regan and Avery.
