Heavy use of alcohol
Heavy use of alcohol is defined as more than two drinks per day for men and more than one drink per day for women. One drink is 12fl oz(355mL) of beer, 5fl oz(148mL) of wine, or 1.5fl oz(44mL) of hard liquor.
Heavy use of alcohol increases the risk for many health problems.
